How to use:
Ensure your feet are bare and clean before stepping on the mat.
Step 1: Place the main unit on the mat and make sure your feet are completely on the mat for 6 seconds.
Step 2: Press the power on/off button to initialize the control unit of the mat. Choose a mode.
The EMS pad will run the treatment cycle for 20 minutes and automatically shut off after the selected mode is complete.
